Services include support in all languages, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, referrals for mental health and/or alcohol and drug needs, and referrals to other related resource including for Medi-Cal recipients and people without insurance. For those affected by COVID-19, emotional support is offered through this hotline.

Volunteers and staff are trained to provide crisis intervention counseling on such issues as abuse, assault and exploitation, running away, living on the streets, gang membership, LGTBQ, and suicide. Targeted for youth 12-24 years and to their families and friends.
