We would like to invite you to our College Making It Happen event.
“College Make It Happen” will take place on: Wednesday, March 13th
from 6:00 – 7:35 p.m.
In addition to giving an initial overview of college requirements, there will be three breakout sessions (listed below). Parents/guardians can select two of the three below.

- How to pay for college
- AVID Student show case
MVA Counseling Department
Anger Management for the 21st Century. This course offers tools to control anger. These skills can be applied in the workplace, with family or in other situations.
When: MVA Library on Fridays 8:30-10:30am.
The course is in Spanish and delivered by staff from the San Ysidro Health Center.
All Mar Vista Academy 8th grade students will be visiting Mar Vista High School on Thursday, January 31st from 9:15 to 12:30.
