Mr. Garcia – Mr. Garcia has been teaching history at Mar Vista Academy since 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and a Master’s degree in Teaching and Education from San Diego State University. As a history teacher, Mr. Garcia is always curious about the “Why?” This year students will apply that question to multiple topics and events in U.S. History and World Cultures. When he is not teaching, Mr. Garcia enjoys watching movies, hanging out with his family, and playing baseball.
